目的?探討合并感染性心內膜炎的肥厚梗阻性心肌病（hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy，HOCM）患者的手術方式及療效。?方法?回顧性分析2006年9月至2012年2月阜外心血管病醫院采用擴大Morrow手術＋心內贅生物清除術＋受累心瓣膜置換術治療7例合并感染性心內膜炎HOCM患者的臨床資料，其中男5例，女2例；年齡21～55 （39.80±13.60）歲。術后觀察手術療效，比較手術前后的左心室流出道（LVOT）峰值壓差、左心房內徑、左心室射血分數和心功能。?結果?手術成功率100%，圍術期無死亡。細菌性贅生物位于二尖瓣瓣葉7例、主動脈瓣瓣葉4例、室間隔1例；均為多發性，贅生物直徑2～19 mm。血培養金黃色葡萄球菌生長3例、松鼠葡萄球菌生長1例。術后發生Ⅰ°房室傳導阻滯2例、完全性左束支傳導阻滯1例、左前分支傳導阻滯2例，未予特殊處理。術后LVOT峰值壓差、左心房內徑均低于或小于術前；心功能較術前明顯改善。7例患者均獲得隨訪，隨訪時間1～49 （13.00±17.19）個月，所有患者臨床癥狀消失或明顯減輕，生活質量明顯改善，心功能分級（NYHA）Ⅰ～Ⅱ級，無再次手術或死亡。?結論?擴大Morrow手術＋受累心瓣膜置換術治療合并感染性心內膜炎HOCM患者，其早中期療效滿意。
