目的　總結 11例胸腔鏡隱蔽切口手術的治療經驗，探討胸腔鏡隱蔽切口手術的可行性和安全性。方法　回顧性分析 2011年 9～ 11月四川大學華西醫院 11例行隱蔽切口胸腔鏡手術患者的臨床資料，其中男 2例，女 9例；年齡 34.0（16～ 59）歲。術前臨床診斷重癥肌無力 4例，胸腺瘤 4例，胸腺囊腫 2例，手汗癥 1例。胸腔鏡胸腺擴大切除（ extended thoracoscopic thymectomy，ETT）10例，胸腔鏡交感神經干切斷（ endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy， ETS）1例。結果　全組患者均順利完成胸腔鏡手術，無術中、術后并發癥發生。手術時間 70.5（30～ 105）min，術中出血量均＜ 5 ml，術后胸腔引流管留置時間均＜ 48 h，胸腔引流量 55.5（30～ 80）ml，術后住院時間 3.5（2～ 4）d，切口創傷小、隱蔽而美觀。 10例行 ETT患者術后病理診斷胸腺增生 4例，胸腺瘤 4例，胸腺囊腫 2例。結論　隱蔽切口胸腔鏡手術安全可行，可滿足患者對切口隱蔽美觀的要求。
