目的分析從肺癌術后患者分離的病原菌特征，為術后感染的預防和治療提供病原學依據。方法回顧性分析 2009年 1月至 2011年 12月華西醫院收治的 159例肺癌術后患者的病原微生物學資料，其中男 142例，女 17例；平均年齡（ 61.8±9.6）歲。按常規方法留取標本進行菌種鑒定和體外藥敏試驗。結果病原菌主要分離自患者痰液標本（ 90.6%，155/171）。常見菌種依次為白色念珠菌（ 25.7%，44/171）、肺炎克雷伯菌（ 15.2%， 26/171）、鮑曼 /醋酸鈣不動桿菌復合體（ 13.4%，23/171）和銅綠假單胞菌（ 8.2%，14/171）。39.1%（9/23）的鮑曼 /醋酸鈣不動桿菌復合體分離株為多重耐藥菌株， 23.1%（6/26）的肺炎克雷伯菌分離株產生超廣譜 β-內酰胺酶，銅綠假單胞菌分離株對抗菌藥物保持較高的體外敏感性。結論肺癌術后患者的病原菌主要分離自痰液標本，白色念珠菌及革蘭陰性桿菌是主要病原菌，應作為術后感染預防與治療的重要目標。
