臨床資料 患者男性, 65 歲。因咯血1 d 于2010 年12月8 日入院。患者6 年來有口唇發紺史; 活動后胸悶、氣喘2年。2 年前有類似“咯血”史, 門診予以止血治療后好轉, 具體原因不詳。患者于2010 年12 月7 日晚8 時許無誘因下出現咯血, 呈深紅色, 總量約100 mL, 伴有咳嗽, 活動后胸悶、氣喘。......
