COPD 和肺癌均為最常見的吸煙相關呼吸道疾病。吸入性糖皮質激素( ICS) 近年來被推薦用于重度COPD 的治療, 同時也被發現在肺癌的化學預防中起重要作用。本文通
過綜述ICS、COPD 和肺癌之間的關系, 特別是吸入糖皮質激素在肺癌中的化學預防作用, 以期進一步明確ICS 在COPD和肺癌中的作用。
