原發性肺非霍奇金淋巴瘤( primary pulmonary non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, PPNHL) 是一種起源于肺內淋巴組織的罕見的惡性淋巴瘤。PPNHL 臨床表現無特異性, 確診大
多依賴組織學依據, 故臨床誤診率高, 誤診時間長。2009 年5 月我科確診1 例, 診斷過程反復曲折, 現將該患者的臨床表現、CT 及病理表現報告如下。
