目的探討原發性肺淋巴瘤的臨床特點、診斷和治療方法。方法回顧性總結原發性肺淋巴瘤3 例, 并結合文獻對其臨床表現、影像學特點、診斷及治療方法進行分析。結果原發性肺淋巴瘤罕見, 無特異性臨床表現和影像學改變, 易誤診。其主要癥狀為咳嗽、發熱等。影像學可表現為單發或多發結節或片狀影甚至實變, 常見有充氣支氣管征。確診依靠開胸手術、胸腔鏡或經皮肺穿刺獲取組織, 結合病理學和免疫組化檢查。主要治療手段為化療。結論及時進行有創檢查有利于早期診斷原發性肺淋巴瘤。
