目的了解特發性肺間質纖維化( IPF) 急性加重期高分辨率CT( HRCT) 影像學特點。方法回顧性分析6 例IPF 急性加重期患者的HRCT 影像學改變, 總結其特點。結果 IPF 的HRCT影像學改變多樣, 可表現為雙肺多灶性病變、磨玻璃影、網狀影、蜂窩狀影、細支氣管擴張、胸膜下線、支氣管血管束增粗以及肺氣腫。急性加重期HRCT 特點為雙肺出現新增磨玻璃影, 與雙側胸膜下網格狀影及蜂窩狀影重疊。結論 IPF 急性加重期HRCT 影像學表現具有一定特征性, HRCT 對IPF 的診斷及急性加重的判斷具有重要意義。
