目的 研究腹內高壓(IAH)對豬呼吸功能的影響。方法 將12只家豬隨機分為IAH20組(腹內壓20 mm Hg)和IAH30組(腹內壓30 mm Hg),應用二氧化碳氣腹法制備腹內高壓動物模型,建立模型后分別于不同時點測定動態順應性(Cdyn)、吸氣峰壓(PIP)、SpO2、PaCO2等呼吸參數。結果 IAH30組內各時點的Cdyn較基礎值低(P均 lt;0.05),與IAH20組相應時點比較Cdyn明顯下降(P均 lt;0.05);兩組間各時點PIP均較基礎值明顯升高(P均 lt;0.05),IAH30組相應時點的PIP亦較IAH20組明顯增高(P均 lt;0.05)。而SpO2、PaCO2在組內及組間均無明顯變化。結論 腹內高壓導致Cdyn下降,PIP增加,對呼吸功能有一定損害。
