適應性壓力通氣（APV）模式是一種能適應患者通氣需求的自動模式，即通過自動測定患者的呼吸力學參數而自動調節吸氣的壓力水平以達到目標潮氣量的目的。目前這種模式在COPD患者的應用不多。本研究通過APV與壓力支持通氣(PSV)的比較，評估APV在COPD患者急性加重期的應用效果。
