間質性肺炎（IP）是造血干細胞移植后嚴重的并發癥之一，臨床表現缺乏特異性，病情重，死亡率高，直接影響造血干細胞移植患者的移植后存活率。現對四川大學華西醫院1999~2005年期間110例造血干細胞移植患者中發生IP的18例患者臨床資料進行回顧性分析，探討其發病相關危險因素及防治措施
