成人Still病（AOSD）是一種原因不明的慢性系統性炎性疾患，屬于全身性幼年型類風濕性關節炎的成人變異型，其主要臨床表現為高熱、多關節疼痛或腫脹、皮疹和中性粒細胞為主的白細胞增多，可累及多個系統。其臨床表現復雜多變并兇險，缺乏臨床特征，因而誤漏診率很高。現將我院最近收治的1例成人Still病伴繼發性機化性肺炎報告如下，以引起臨床醫師的重視
