報告該院胃腸外科自1970年以來24年間從4500例患者中檢出胃腺瘤性息肉31例，腺瘤檢出率0.7%。腺瘤惡變2例，有13%（4/31）的胃腺瘤合并胃腺癌。腺瘤大小與惡變關系密切。本組31例胃腺瘤的臨床處理：外科手術12例，纖維內鏡下摘除19例。兩組隨訪均有2例復發。
