影響結腸吻合口愈合因素的實驗研究_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

通過建立左側結腸切除再吻合之大鼠模型觀察各種因素在吻合口愈合過程中所起的作用。結果提示：左側結腸切除吻合術后第3、4天，吻合口的抗張強度及羥脯氨酸含量降至最低水平，此時易發生吻合口漏；抑肽酶、二甲基亞砜、超氧化物歧化酶及維生素A均有促進結腸吻合口早期愈合的作用，維生素A還可以拮氫化考的松延遲結腸吻合口愈合的作用；圍手術期化療對結腸吻合口早期愈合無顯著不良影響；左半結腸完全性梗阻行結腸一期切除吻合術，于吻合前行腸減壓及吻合后用抗生素液作腹腔灌洗顯然有利于吻合口早期愈合。
