國產人工合成材料在兔腹壁缺損修補中的組織耐受性研究_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

人工合成材料周圍組織中成纖維細胞與炎性細胞的比率是評價該材料在組織耐受性的最佳標準。本實驗應用此標準通過動物實驗，對常用的4種產人工合成材料：碳纖維網、活綸布、硅橡膠膜和絲綢在組織中的耐受性進行了對比研究。結果顯示：滌綸布在組織中的耐受性最佳，其次是碳纖維網、硅橡膠膜，最差的是絲綢材料。
