小兒直腸重復畸形（附7例報告）_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

報告經病理及手術證實的直腸重復畸形7例，其中3例為囊腫型，4例為管狀直腸重復畸形。囊腫型的主要癥狀為瘺口經久不愈及腫物壓迫造成的排便困難。管狀直腸重復畸形的主要癥狀為排便困難，并伴有不同形式的泌尿生殖系統畸形。7例患兒中4例伴有脊柱畸形。
