胰管引流治療犬出血壞死性胰腺炎的實驗研究_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

采用逆行加壓胰管注射犬自身膽汁建立急性出血壞死性胰腺炎（AHNP）模型，并應用經十二指腸切開，胰管內放置引流治療。結果表明：本方法治療AHNP可提高實驗犬的生存率，降低死亡率；保持胰管引流通暢可減輕實驗犬胰腺的病理變化，促進其修復。對臨床治療有指導意義。
