對起病4天以內入院的23例急性胰腺炎患者血中3種細胞因子即TNF、IL-1和IL-6的變化情況進行動態觀察，并分析其變化規律，以探討其在判斷病情嚴重性和估計預后中的價值。結果顯示：所有患者血中3種細胞因子均升高，入院第1天輕、重癥組TNF和IL-1有顯著差異，而IL-6則在1周后才出現顯著性差異。由此表明，在病程的不同階段選擇恰當的細胞因子指標有助于病情嚴重性的判斷。細胞因子與急性胰腺炎多器官衰竭的關系尚需進一步探討。
