為探討組織蛋白酶B在急性胰腺炎(AP)發病中的作用，對11只急性水腫性胰腺炎犬和12只急性出血壞死性胰腺炎犬(AHNP)的胰腺腺泡細胞內組織蛋白酶B的分布情況進行了檢測，并與7只正常犬進行比較。結果：實驗犬AP早期即有胰腺腺泡細胞內組織蛋白酶B的再分布現象，AHNP犬尤為明顯(Ｐ＜0.01)。由此表明，組織蛋白酶B在AP的發病中具有一定的作用。
