采用持續灌注式測壓系統研究10例胃癌患者全胃切除后Roux-en-Y食管空腸吻合的Roux腸袢運動功能。結果顯示：大多數病例Roux腸袢運動表現異常，消化間期缺乏移行性運動綜合波(MMC)，MMCⅢ相活動呈逆行傳播或為非傳播性壓力活動暴發群等；餐后4例患者消化間期向消化期運動轉換障礙，多數消化運動減弱。本研究結果提示：全胃切除Roux-en-Y吻合可誘發Roux腸袢運動紊亂，可能與患者術后上腹部不適相關。
