通過對左半結腸一期切除吻合術后應用新斯的明，從組織學等指標觀察對結腸吻合口的影響。結果提示：術后早期使用新斯的明可迅速排除腸道內容物，減輕吻合口炎癥，促進吻合口愈合。進而提出了術后應用新斯的明的安全性及注意點，并且闡述了結腸吻合口漏發生的主要機理及預防措施。
