為觀察灌注壓力對肝移植物活性的影響，實驗選擇SD大鼠，經門靜脈在不同壓力下灌注4℃的Collin’s液以保存肝臟，然后應用高效液相色譜儀檢測各組的高能磷酸化合物，制備出肝細胞懸液后采用陽離子測定儀測定肝細胞內游離鈣濃度，并同時觀察了肝臟的超微結構變化及光鏡病理改變。結果發現：隨灌注壓力的升高，肝臟的能量代謝、肝細胞內游離鈣濃度以及超微結構均有明顯改變。本實驗結果提示：不適當的灌注壓力可導致肝臟移植物的能量代謝的變化及肝細胞的鈣超載，從而影響肝移植物的活力；為了取得高質量的供肝，應采用低溫低壓灌注。
