乳腺良惡性病變組織c-met蛋白和轉化生長因子α的表達及意義_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

應用免疫組化法測定50例乳腺癌和12例乳腺良性病變組織中c-met蛋白及轉化生長因子α(TGF-α)的表達。結果：乳腺癌組織中c-met蛋白及TGF-α表達陽性率分別為26.0%和42.0%，乳腺良性病變組織中兩者表達陽性率分別為8.3%和25.0%；組織學分級為Ⅰ級，雌激素受體(ER)、孕激素受體(PR)及癌胚抗原(CEA)為陰性的病例中，c-met蛋白及TGF-α表達陽性率明顯低于組織學分級Ⅲ級，ER、PR及CEA為陽性者(c-met及PR Ｐ＜0.01；TGFα、PR和CEA Ｐ＜0.05；余Ｐ＞0.05)。本實驗結果提示：c-met蛋白及TGF-α表達可能與乳腺癌發生發展及體機內分泌狀態有較密切關系。
