目的探索供體血輸入同種大鼠對誘導胰腺移植耐受的可能性。方法用雄性Wistar大鼠作為實驗的供受體，胰腺移植當天取供體大鼠全血1 ml，注入糖尿病受體大鼠腹腔，輔以短期的硫唑嘌呤(Aza)。結果移植胰腺功能存活時間為28～112天(平均64.2天)，與單純用硫唑嘌呤組(10.2天)或單純輸入供體血液組(9.8天)相比，移植胰腺功能存活時間顯著延長(P＜0.01)。
結論移植前短期使用免疫抑制劑以及移植當天輸入供體血液，能延長大鼠移植胰腺功能存活時間。
