山莨菪堿對大鼠肝臟缺血再灌注損傷保護作用的實驗研究_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的探索山莨菪堿對大鼠肝臟缺血再灌注損傷的保護作用。方法選雄性Wistar大鼠160只，分為正常對照組、缺血再灌注組、生理鹽水組和山莨菪堿組，觀察了肝臟缺血60分鐘及再灌注1、3、6、12及24小時后血漿內皮素-1（ET-1）、透明質酸（HA）和谷丙轉氨酶（ALT）含量變化及肝組織病理學變化。結果肝臟缺血再灌注后，血漿ET-1、HA和ALT含量均顯著增高，同時肝臟瘀血很明顯；肝臟缺血再灌注前用山莨菪堿后，血漿HA和ALT含量明顯降低，同時肝組織瘀血減輕。結論山莨菪堿可改善再灌注后的肝臟微循環障礙，對大鼠肝臟缺血再灌注損傷有保護作用。
