腹膜損傷后，由于其自然修復作用，幾乎都要發生局部粘連，輕者引起腹部不適，重者會導致粘連性腸梗阻，給患者帶來痛苦。本實驗旨在尋找一種簡單有效的方法來預防腹膜粘連的發生。
