目的探討透明細胞型肝癌的診斷與治療。方法回顧性分析了1988年4月至2001年2月我院外科收治的3例患者的臨床資料。結果3例均為女性，HBsAg陽性2例。B超檢查3例，CT和MRI掃描各2例，影像學診斷各不相同。均經手術行腫瘤切除治療。手術后隨訪生存5年以上2例。結論早期積極采取手術切除治療，是取得較好臨床療效的關鍵。
