目的研究結、直腸癌血行轉移與腫瘤轉移相關因子間的關系。方法采用逆轉錄聚合酶鏈反應（RTPCR）技術,檢測了50例結、直腸癌患者血液中CK20 mRNA的表達，并用免疫組化方法檢測了癌組織中CD44v6和p53的表達。結果CK20 mRNA陽性表達與癌組織中p53和CD44v6的表達之間存在著顯著相關性。結論手術前監測血液中CK20 mRNA的表達并結合癌組織中p53和CD44v6表達的檢測，對于預測結、直腸癌血行轉移和指導術后治療具有重要參考價值。
