腫瘤細胞的多藥耐藥性的產生與P糖蛋白（PgP）及谷胱甘肽轉移酶（GST）等的過度表達有密切關系。為進一步了解胃和食管惡性腫瘤細胞的耐藥機理，為化療中克服耐藥，制定合理、高效的化療方案提供依據。
