目的探討生長抑素類似物SMS201995 (SMS) 對人膽管癌細胞體外增殖和凋亡的調控作用。方法采用人膽管癌細胞系SKChA1,應用生長曲線、流式細胞儀、片段DNA瓊脂糖凝膠電泳、Annexin VFITC技術及流式細胞儀間接免疫熒光技術等方法進行檢測和觀察。結果在SMS 作用下，SKChA1細胞生長受到抑制，短時使細胞阻滯于G0/G1期。SMS處理SKChA1細胞后, Annexin VFITC標記的凋亡細胞增多, DNA凝膠電泳顯示典型的凋亡梯狀圖譜,同時SMS可使細胞bcl2蛋白表達下降,使bax蛋白表達升高。結論SMS 可明顯抑制SKChA1細胞生長，并能誘導該細胞凋亡。該細胞凋亡機理可能與凋亡調控基因bax和bcl2的表達有關。
