目的探討5氟脲嘧啶（5FU）對人胰腺外分泌功能的影響。方法通過8例胰十二腸切除術后患者胰管內置管獲得的純胰液觀察5FU對人胰腺外分泌功能的作用。術后第10天開始，靜脈緩慢滴注5FU 500 mg/d,連續3天。檢測5FU使用前和使用后1 d、 2 d及3 d胰液中淀粉酶、 pH、 HCO3-、 Na+、 K+、 Cl-、 Ca2+及Mg2+水平，并記錄胰液量變化。結果使用5FU前、后胰液量及胰液中淀粉酶、 pH、 HCO3-、 Na+、 K+、 Cl-、 Ca2+及Mg2+水平均無顯著變化。結論短期內使用5FU對胰腺外分泌功能未見明顯影響，5FU是否通過抑制胰酶的合成治療急性胰腺炎有待進一步探討。
