目的探討p27在肝細胞癌中的表達及其意義。方法應用同一組織連續切片免疫組化SABC法，檢測p27在45例肝細胞癌及30例癌旁肝組織中的表達，并結合臨床病理資料探討其意義。結果p27標記指數（labeling index, LI）在癌組織及癌旁組織中分別為45.87±14.21和33.77±12.92，兩者相比差異有顯著性意義（P lt;0.001）。p27 LI在低分化組較高分化組低(34.46±12.29 vs 52.80±11.36, P lt;0.001)，p27 LI在侵襲轉移組較非侵襲轉移組低(41.42±12.86 vs 51.44±14.86, P lt;0.02)。結論p27與肝細胞癌的發生、分化及侵襲轉移有關。
