目的探討經骶尾入路手術在低位直腸良性病變及早期直腸癌局部切除中的應用價值。方法對我院1997~2002年間，應用經骶尾入路手術治療的24例低位直腸腫瘤患者進行隨訪及療效判斷。結果直腸絨毛狀腺瘤14例，絨毛狀腺瘤癌變7例，直腸類癌3例，經5個月~6年的隨訪，所有患者均無瘤存活。結論骶尾入路手術具有簡單易行、手術創傷小、術野寬敞等優點，是治療低位直腸腫瘤的較好方法。
