目的探討重組人生長激素（rhGH）對高齡胰十二指腸切除術患者的治療作用。方法患者46例，分為rhGH治療組（n=17）和對照組（n=29）兩組，術后均給予腸外營養。治療組應用rhGH，8 u皮下注射1次/天，共7 d，于術后觀察患者白蛋白、前白蛋白、轉鐵蛋白及免疫球蛋白等指標的變化，同時觀察患者術后疲勞綜合征的發生情況和平均住院時間。結果術后rhGH治療組患者的白蛋白、前白蛋白、轉鐵蛋白及免疫球蛋白指標均顯著優于對照組，且患者疲勞綜合征也明顯輕于對照組，住院時間明顯縮短。結論rhGH 在高齡患者胰十二指腸切除術后的早期應用，可改善氮平衡，增加機體免疫功能，減少感染并發癥的發生率，促進術后康復，縮短平均住院日，降低死亡率，提高手術安全性，可改善高齡患者術后的生活質量。
