目的通過檢測腫瘤壞死因子相關細胞凋亡誘導配體受體-4（TRAIL-R4）在胰腺癌組織中的表達，探討胰腺癌細胞抵抗細胞凋亡的機理。方法應用mRNA印跡法（Northern blotting）、蛋白質印跡法（Western blotting）和免疫組織化學技術，定性、定位分析TRAIL-R4在正常胰腺組織和胰腺癌組織中的表達。結果TRAIL-R4 mRNA和蛋白在正常胰腺組織中呈弱表達或不表達，而在胰腺癌組織中呈高表達；免疫組織化學檢測顯示，在胰腺癌細胞中TRAIL-R4蛋白呈強染色。結論TRAIL-R4表達水平在正常胰腺組織與胰腺癌組織中存在顯著差異，提示胰腺癌細胞中可能存在對TRAIL介導的細胞凋亡抵抗新機理。
