目的探討前列腺素E1（PGE1）對肝臟缺血再灌注損傷的保護作用。方法制作常溫下大鼠部分肝葉缺血再灌注模型，于缺血前經門靜脈給予PGE1，45 min后恢復血流灌注，并于1 h后取門靜脈血測定血清谷草轉氨酶（GOT）、谷丙轉氨酶（GPT）、乳酸脫氫酶（LDH）、腫瘤壞死因子α（TNFα）及內皮素1（ET1），同時取缺血肝葉行病理組織學檢查。結果缺血再灌注組GOT、GPT、LDH及TNF α和ET1均明顯高于正常對照組，PGE1組則明顯低于缺血再灌注組。PGE1組的肝臟病理組織學改變明顯輕于缺血再灌注組，并接近正常對照組。結論PGE1對肝缺血再灌注具有保護作用。
