目的探討慢性乙型病毒性肝炎（簡稱慢乙肝）的異常CT征象。
方法收集慢乙肝患者120例，均經標準化的螺旋CT增強雙期掃描，觀察肝臟、膽囊、脾臟、淋巴結及胸、腹腔改變。
結果慢乙肝的異常CT表現包括： ①肝臟質地不均、密度降低； ②肝臟外形、輪廓不光滑； ③肝內血管周圍“暈環征”； ④膽囊壁增厚和膽囊窩水腫； ⑤脾臟增大； ⑥腹腔淋巴結腫大、增多； ⑦腹腔積液； ⑧側支循環建立等肝硬變表現； ⑨繼發胸部改變（胸膜增厚、胸腔積液和心包積液）。
結論慢乙肝可出現一些涉及肝、膽囊、淋巴結、脾臟等結構的異常CT征象。
