目的探討半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶-3（Caspase-3）的表達及其與血管瘤消退的關系。方法采用免疫組化SP法檢測Caspase-3在79例血管瘤和5例正常皮膚組織中的表達。結果79例血管瘤患者血管組織的Caspase-3陽性表達率在增殖期、消退期、退化期分別為52.4%、91.2%和83.3%，退化期、消退期的陽性表達高于增殖期（P＜0.05，P＜0.01），也明顯高于正常對照組（P＜0.01），而增殖期與正常對照組陽性表達的差異無統計學意義（P gt;0.05）。結論 Caspase3參與了血管瘤由增殖期轉變為消退期的病理發生過程，Caspase-3的活化誘導了細胞凋亡的發生，這可能是血管瘤自發消退的主要因素之一。
