目的總結對高危頸動脈狹窄患者的治療經驗。方法回顧性分析我院2001年至今收治的24例高危頸動脈狹窄患者的病變特點、治療方式和療效，重點討論頸動脈支架和轉流管的應用指征和注意事項。結果24例患者均手術治療，其中11例行支架成形術，13例行轉流管下的頸動脈內膜切除術。手術均獲成功，術后30 d內無死亡、致殘性中風及缺血性神經損害。結論對手術高危患者，選擇性應用支架成形術和頸動脈轉流管，可有效減少并發癥，提高療效。
