目的探討移植靜脈中細胞凋亡及相關基因表達的動態變化及意義。方法建立100只Wistar大鼠自體頸靜脈移植于腎下腹主動脈模型。采用原位DNA片斷末端標記（TUNEL）和免疫組織化學法，檢測移植靜脈血管平滑肌細胞（VSMCs）凋亡及相關基因bcl2和bax的表達。結果術后1~8周，移植靜脈凋亡的VSMCs多于對照靜脈（P＜0.01）；術后2周為凋亡高峰，其凋亡細胞達（28.5±16.6）%，4~8周逐漸下降至（8.1±2.8）%；與對照靜脈〔（0.5±0.2）%〕相比差異有顯著性意義（P＜0.01）。術后1~2周，bcl2表達增多〔（22.1±5.4）%〕，與對照組〔（4.3±2.1）%〕及4~8周組間比較差異有顯著性意義（P＜0.01）；移植后1~6周，bax表達顯著高于對照組〔（5.5±2.3）%〕及術后8周組〔（8.2±2.9）%〕，P＜0.01。結論 bcl2與bax基因與移植靜脈VSMCs的凋亡密切相關； VSMCs凋亡是移植靜脈重塑和狹窄的重要因素。
