纖維乳管鏡臨床應用新進展_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的介紹纖維乳管鏡在乳腺疾病的臨床應用現狀、價值及發展前景。方法綜述纖維乳管鏡在乳腺疾病臨床應用的研究進展。結果纖維乳管鏡在乳腺疾病尤其是伴乳頭溢液者應用廣泛，已顯示出較乳管造影等常規檢查方法更高的診斷準確率，且可同時行乳管沖洗和鏡下定位、活檢、治療。結論纖維乳管鏡具有較高的診斷和治療價值，是一種很好的內鏡技術，相信能被更好地應用和發展。
