目的 探討原位肝移植術后并發癥的診治經驗。
方法 回顧性分析我院16例肝病患者行17例次肝移植術后各種并發癥的診斷及治療方法。
結果 全組手術成功12例次，圍手術期死亡5例，死亡原因： 腦出血1例，急性呼吸窘迫綜合征（ARDS）1例，急性腎功能衰竭1例，肝動脈血栓1例，急性排斥反應1例。現存活6例，其中1例存活已超過3年。術后并發腹腔內出血3例，腦血管病變2例，ARDS 2例，血管并發癥2例，膽道并發癥3例，急、慢性排斥反應各2例，急性腎功能衰竭2例。
結論 肝移植圍手術期采取合理的防治措施能有效地減少肝移植術后并發癥的發生，對肝移植術后并發癥的及時診斷和有效治療是提高肝移植術后成功率的關鍵。
