目的探討大腸癌患者外周血CK20 mRNA的表達及其意義。
方法用逆轉錄-聚合酶鏈反應（RT-PCR）方法檢測42例大腸癌患者術前、術后外周血及20例大腸癌患者新鮮癌組織標本中CK20 mRNA的表達，另以20例健康成年自愿者作對照。
結果 42例大腸癌患者外周血CK20 mRNA呈陽性表達者術前為19例（45.24%），術后為14例（33.33%）； 20例大腸癌患者新鮮癌組織中CK20 mRNA表達均為陽性。而正常對照組20例外周血CK20 mRNA表達均為陰性。且大腸癌外周血CK20 mRNA陽性表達與組織學類型無關（P gt;0.05），但與有無淋巴結轉移、肝轉移及Dukes分期有關（P＜0.05）。
結論檢測外周血中CK20 mRNA表達將有助于大腸癌的早期診斷、預后的判斷及治療方案的制定。
