【摘要】目的探討99锝-tetrofosmin乳腺掃描在鑒別可捫及的乳腺包塊良惡性質方面的價值。方法 2000年6月至2002年1月在我院臨床發現乳腺包塊的104例患者接受了99锝-tetrofosmin乳腺掃描。檢查時先經病變對側肘靜脈注射740 MBq顯像劑，注射后5、10及20 min 分別采集前位和側位圖像。距陣256×256，每幀記數1～1.5 M，將99锝-tetrofosmin在乳房局部濃聚視為親腫瘤顯像陽性。全部病例以術后病理結果為金標準，以四格表進行評價分析。結果 99锝-tetrofosmin在對可捫及的乳腺包塊性質進行鑒別診斷時，特異性為84%，敏感性為87%，準確性為86%，陽性預測值為85%，陰性預測值為86%。結論 99锝-tetrofosmin在對可捫及的乳腺包塊進行良惡性質的鑒別時，不失為一種較為準確的方法。
