【摘要】目的 探討腹腔鏡膽囊切除術（LC）非創傷性并發癥的預治措施。
方法 回顧分析1991年9月至2004年8月13 000例LC的臨床資料。
結果 13 000例LC共發生非手術創傷性的并發癥56例，其中遺漏腹腔內惡性腫瘤9例，膽總管殘留結石47例。9例遺漏病變中，包括肝癌、胃癌各1例，胰腺癌、膽囊癌各2例，右半結腸癌3例。除3例右半結腸癌行根治性切除外，另6例已不能行根治性手術。47例膽管殘留結石均治愈，其中31例經ERCP取石，16例行開腹膽道探查。
結論 術前注意鑒別患者的癥狀，術中注意觀察膽囊的病理改變及腹腔內有無異常情況，必要時借助腹腔鏡超聲（LUS）等檢查是避免LC后遺漏腹腔內惡性腫瘤及殘留膽管結石等非手術創傷性并發癥發生的有效方法。
