體外擴增兔內皮細胞種植異體血管移植的實驗研究_《中國普外基礎與臨床雜志》

目的　探討自體靜脈內皮細胞襯里異體血管移植的可行性。
方法　將體外擴增培養的兔靜脈內皮細胞鋪植于經處理的異體血管，體外培養9 d，然后行異體靜脈原位移植術。
結果　經傳代培養收獲的內皮細胞總數為（9.47±0.35）×106個。細胞種植3 h后異體血管腔面可見有內皮細胞附著，但未形成完整內膜； 9 d時腔面被一層連續的單層內皮細胞覆蓋，細胞形態飽滿，平行排列，呈梭形。術后8周所有移植段血管保持暢通。
結論　預襯自體內皮細胞的異體血管可保持長期的通暢性。
