目的　研究胰膽管合流異常（APBDU）患者的膽汁對人膽管細胞生長的影響，探討APBDU與膽管癌發生的關系。
方法　應用四甲基偶氮唑藍（MTT）比色法檢測APBDU患者膽汁對膽管細胞增殖的影響，流式細胞儀測定其細胞周期分布及凋亡情況； Western blot法檢測經APBDU膽汁處理的膽管細胞c-erbB-2蛋白表達水平的變化。
結果　APBDU患者膽汁與正常對照膽汁比較，能明顯促進膽管細胞的增殖（P＜0.05），這種促增殖作用可被環氧化酶COX-2抑制劑celecoxib或一氧化氮合成酶抑制劑L-NAME抑制；流式細胞儀分析經APBDU膽汁處理的膽管細胞其處于S期的細胞明顯增多（P＜0.001）； Western blot法檢測經APBDU膽汁處理的膽管細胞其c-erbB-2 表達增多。
結論　APBDU患者的膽汁對正常膽管細胞增殖有促進作用，可能潛在致癌活性。
