目的評價術前立體超選擇性動脈灌注化療在ⅡB～ⅢA期乳腺癌保留乳房手術中的價值。方法 36例乳腺癌患者，其中ⅡB期10例、ⅢA期26，術前采用立體超選擇性動脈灌注絲裂霉素、表阿霉素和5-氟尿嘧啶，化療后再進行手術。結果 36例患者灌注化療后病灶緩解32例，好轉3例，無明顯變化1例; 緩解率達88.9%（32/36），該32例患者腫瘤直徑均縮小到2 cm以下，獲得保乳手術機會。結論術前立體超選擇性動脈灌注化療可使局部晚期乳腺癌降期獲得保乳機會。
