目的探討腫瘤細胞裂解物致敏的樹突狀細胞（DC）作為佐劑對結腸癌LoVo細胞系的殺傷作用。
方法反復凍融法裂解培養的結腸癌LoVo細胞，提取細胞抗原并致敏DC，然后將后者與自身T淋巴細胞共同培養，觀察其對自身T淋巴細胞增殖的影響以及活化的T淋巴細胞對LoVo細胞的殺傷作用。
結果結腸癌LoVo細胞裂解物致敏的DC能明顯促進T淋巴細胞的增殖，后者對LoVo細胞的殺傷作用明顯增強。
結論腫瘤細胞裂解物提取方法簡單，易于臨床實施，其作為細胞抗原致敏DC制備的腫瘤疫苗能有效活化并產生腫瘤特異性細胞毒T淋巴細胞，將有很好的臨床應用前景。
