1 臨床資料 患者，女，27歲，因左上腹疼痛不適1月入院。腹痛呈持續性隱痛，伴腹脹。無鼻衄、嘔血及黑便史，無關節疼痛及癲癇發作史。其姐姐因戈謝病行脾切除術，病情穩定已8年余。查體：一般情況可，鞏膜無黃斑，心肺無異常。腹稍膨隆，左上腹輕壓痛，肝肋下約5 cm，脾肋下約10 cm，脾下極達盆腔，肝、脾無壓痛……
